R/  Children 4 years and older are welcome. Our hotel and island location may not be suitable for children under 4. However, we ask all parents who come with their children to ensure that their children are always supervised and that they consider the rest of other adult guests. The hotel is located in a bay that allows for calm seas most of the year, ideal for water activities with children, provided they are always accompanied by an adult.

R/ We have several oceanfront rooms at our hotel. The ocean is less than 100 meters from the property where the rooms are located. Most offer partial ocean views. In order to be in harmony with our surroundings, we avoid cutting down trees that are important to the ecosystem. For this reason, there is extensive vegetation in front of the rooms, which can obstruct ocean views. However, you have access to our elevated oceanfront terraces with the best views very close to your room. You should also remember that if you booked a bungalow, they do not have ocean views because they are located in our forested area, 200 meters from the ocean.

R/ The first thing you should keep in mind is that the Bungalows are not oceanfront. If that's what you're looking for, choose one of our oceanfront rooms. The Bungalows are located 200 meters from the ocean and our main area, a 3-minute walk from the property. They are within the hotel's forest reserve and opposite the Walking Tree, a majestic and enormous tree. This area is immersed in natural vegetation, which is why you can encounter various animal species, from insects to sloths and iguanas. They are ideal for those who want to be surrounded by nature and away from it all. The bungalows have Wi-Fi, solar energy, and a lit trail until 10 p.m.

  • Do you have air-conditioned rooms?

R/ No, we are a hotel committed to sustainability throughout our operations. Our electrical system runs on solar energy, which is why we must optimize and reduce our energy consumption. Air conditioners consume too much energy, which we cannot sustain. You will find rooms designed for natural air circulation and equipped with fans.

R/ The hotel is oceanfront, and we have large common areas directly facing the sea. However, sea level changes naturally, sometimes causing the water to cover the entire sandy area in front of the hotel, obscuring the beach. We have a pier with beautiful views of the sea that extends about 10 meters, from which you can access the water in case the water level is very high.

R/ You should know that we do accept pets, but we have several rules they must follow. If your pet can't follow these rules, it's best not to visit us.
