Each of our cocktail recipes has been carefully selected, inspired by the fruits and herbs the island generously provides. Although we are a bar, we respect the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel — that's why our opening hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
OUR LOCAL SUPPLIERS
We believe in the value of the local. An important part of what we serve in our kitchen comes straight from the island: the fish we prepare comes entirely from island fishermen, who head out to sea each day using their traditional fishing methods.
Alongside this is the work of local farmers, who cultivate Isla Fuerte's fertile land to bring us fresh, seasonal fruit.
Thanks to this closeness with those who fish and farm on the island, we're able to offer our guests fresh, seasonal products with a real story behind them: the story of the territory.
